The present disclosure relates to a catheter (100, 140, 400, 500, 600, 700) which includes, a balloon (136, 430, 530, 630, 730), an inflation lumen (130 IL, 415, 515, 615, 715) coupled to the balloon, and an infusion wall (110) enclosing an infusion lumen (110 IL, 414, 514, 614, 714) extending axially therealong, the infusion wall (110) includes a proximal wall segment, a distal wall segment, and an intermediate wall segment extending therebetween. The proximal wall segment includes a proximal guidewire opening, the distal wall segment includes a distal guidewire opening, and the intermediate wall segment includes a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet positioned proximally to said balloon..The infusion wall is connected to a structural fortification for strengthening the infusion wall between the distal wall segment and the intermediate wall segment and about the fluid outlet.
