PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption raw material consisting of peptides based on an amino acid sequence of elastin, and to provide percutaneous absorption type cosmetics and percutaneous absorption type drugs comprising the same.SOLUTION: The invention provides a percutaneous absorption raw material consisting of a first peptide having an amino acid sequence in which Phe-Pro-Gly-Val-Gly sequence is repeated 4 to 10 times or a second peptide in which at least one amino acid is deleted, substituted, or added to the first peptide.
