The invention relates to an intralaryngeal prosthesis which is not at risk of getting blocked and which allows the patient to breathe comfortably. For this purpose, the prosthesis comprises a tubular body pierced by a proximal opening and a convex dome-shaped valve (10), the valve being arranged such that: the distal end (15) of the valve forms a rim (16) which covers a portion of the tubular body (2), and such that a space (17) exists between the distal end (15) of the valve and the tubular body (2) such that air can enter the proximal opening (8) of the tubular body through said space (17).Linvention concerne une prothèse intra-laryngée qui ne risque pas de se boucher et qui permet au patient de respirer confortablement. Pour cela, la prothèse est comporte un corps tubulaire percé par une ouverture proximale et un clapet (10) qui présente une forme de dôme bombé, le clapet étant agencé de façon à ce que : - lextrémité distale (15) du clapet forme un rebord (16) qui recouvre une partie du corps tubulaire (2) et à ce que - un espace (17) existe entre lextrémité distale (15) du clapet et le corps tubulaire (2) de façon ce que de lair puisse pénétrer dans louverture proximale (8) du corps tubulaire par cet espace (17).
