The present invention relates to a method for preparing a carrier containing radioisotope colloid, which comprises the following steps: an adsorption step: a carrier is placed in a radioisotope solution and reacted for 5~20 minutes to obtain a first solution; : Adding a colloid-forming solvent in the first solution and reacting for 5~20 minutes to obtain a second solution; and a purification step of centrifuging the second solution, and after centrifugation, the second solution will forms a first supernatant, and a first precipitate, followed by removal of the first supernatant and washing of the first precipitate by using deionized water, centrifugation after washing to form a second supernatant, and a second precipitate, and finally removing the second supernatant. The remaining second precipitate is a carrier containing a radioisotope colloid.本發明是有關一種含放射性同位素膠體之載體的製備方法,其包含下列步驟:一吸附步驟:將一載體置於一放射性同位素水溶液中,反應5~20分鐘後,以獲得一第一溶液;一包覆步驟:加入一可形成膠體之溶劑於該第一溶液中,反應5~20分鐘後,以取得一第二溶液;以及一純化步驟:離心該第二溶液,離心後該第二溶液會形成一第一上清液以及一第一沉澱物,接著去除該第一上清液,並使用去離子水清洗該第一沉澱物,清洗後再次離心,以形成一第二上清液以及一第二沉澱物,最後去除該第二上清液,剩下的該第二沉澱物即為一含有放射性同位素膠體的載體。
