The proximal extremity of the inner pipe driving element (150) is hermetically and fixedly connected to the proximal extremity of the inner pipe (120). The outer pipe driving element (160) is hermetically and fixedly connected to the proximal extremity of the outer pipe (140). The proximal extremity of the transition pipe (130) is hermetically and fixedly connected to the inner pipe driving element (150), extends through the outer pipe driving element (160), and is hermetically connected to the outer pipe driving element (160). The evacuation locking component (170) is detachably connected to the inner pipe driving element (150). First and second evacuation conduits (A and B) are provided respectively on the inner pipe driving element (150) and on the evacuation locking component (170).
