PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leak of excretions from around the legs and prevent the exterior part around each leg from turning up inside out in order to improve the fitness and reduce discomfort by wearing the paper diaper.

A waist opening WO is formed, while respective leg openings LO are formed on the both sides of the crotch bottom CR and extend downward from the crotch bottom CR. The paper diaper 1 is formed into one along the leg openings LO of the external wear part 20, and includes a second absorbent body 30 that is arranged and has a second absorptive element 35 between the surface sheet 31 and the back surface sheet 32. An elastic flexible material 42 is arranged around the leg along the leg opening LO at the position of the second absorptive element 35 or in its vicinity.
