PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air motor whose rotation is easy to control.SOLUTION: A second chamber R2 incorporating a cylinder 16 of a brake 9 is positioned on the upstream side of a first chamber R1 incorporating an impeller 2 and it is possible to cause the pressure of air E to act on the cylinder 16 before acting on the impeller 2.
