The field of the invention relates to immunotherapeutic peptides, peptide binders, and their use in, for example, immunotherapy of cancer. Provided herein are isolated antigenic peptides that include epitopes derived from the sequences in Table 1 or Table 2. In one embodiment, the isolated antigenic peptide is a retroviral antigen. In another embodiment, the isolated antigenic peptide is a non-mutated overexpressing antigen.
