PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a function of rehabilitation of a healthy lower extremity having disorder, which is provided to a conventional foot rowing wheel chair, to rehabilitation of an upper extremity, and when a user has a wheel chair already, to add the function of the foot rowing travel to the wheel chair.SOLUTION: Drive means by which, motive force of foot rowing by a pedal is transmitted to a drive wheel, and the motive force of foot rowing is transmitted to a hand rowing handle, and steering means by a steering handle are provided on a foot rowing travel device.
