The present invention relates to an endoscope with a foreign substance removing device, and more particularly to an endoscope including: an endoscope part with a photographing device on a front side thereof； an infusion tube coupled to the upper side of the endoscope part and supplying a predetermined amount of fluids； a tube fixing member for fixing the infusion tube to the endoscope part； a fluid control device including a pressing housing formed on the upper side of the outer circumferential surface of the infusion tube and pressing the infusion tube, a fixing housing which supports the rising and falling operations of the pressing housing and receives the lower side of the outer circumferential surface of the infusion tube and a spring member formed inside the fixing housing and providing a predetermined resilient restoring force to the pressing housing, and controlling a supply amount of fluids； and a nozzle assembly for spraying a predetermined amount of fluids onto the surface of a lens formed in the photographing device.
