According to the invention, the tip (1) has a discrete and sufficient number of cells or notches (13) in which are positioned indexing means (3) of the ring (2) which allow the rotation and positioning the tip (1) and its associated medical device. Selon l'invention, l'embout (1) possède un nombre discret et suffisant d'alvéoles ou de crans (13) dans lesquelles se positionnent des moyens de d'indexation (3) de la bague (2) qui permettent la rotation et le positionnement de l'embout (1) et de son dispositif médical associé.
