The diameter of the base plate (6) is smaller than the inner diameter of the mold (5) so that a gap (11) with a preset width is formed between the inner circumferential surface at the bottom end of the mold (5) and the periphery of the base plate (6). A kakiage dough is put into the kakiage-containing part (2) that is located in an oil tank and then heated until the surface of the kakiage dough (12) seems crispy and fried. Then, the kakiage-containing part (2) is dropped down in the oil tank.
