PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a rotary fulcrum part and to reduce the cost by reducing the load to be applied to the rotary fulcrum part of a seedling conveying table.SOLUTION: The riding rice transplanter 1 includes: the seedling conveying table 7 which can be rotationally operated in the lateral direction a support stay 24 disposed on the outer side of a travelling machine body 4 an operation stay 25 rotatable in the lateral direction relative to the support stay 24 and a support member 26 extended outward from the operation stay 25. The operation stay 25 includes: a rotation fulcrum shaft 29 which serves as the fulcrum of rotation of the seedling conveying table 7 when the seedling conveying table 7 is supported by the support member 26 and a rotational operating part 35 to be disposed in front of the rotation fulcrum shaft 29 and operated when the seedling conveying table 7 is rotated.
