Device for processing biological liquid (the second version) contains a sealed hollow housing with inlet and outlet holes, processing elements placed in the housing in the form of hollow fibres with walls in form of semipermeable membranes, wherein it is executed with the possibility of inlet and outlet of the processing means in hollow fibers or in the housing. A method of using the device for processing biological liquid includes a step of exfusion by withdrawing a liquid, an infusion step by supplying liquid to the system with the introduction of for processing means.
