PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave surgical instrument which includes a medical surgical blade and is excellent in the hemostatic performance and the coagulation performance while making an incision in living tissues.SOLUTION: The microwave surgical instrument, which is the surgical instrument including the medical surgical blade, has a distal end part comprising a structure including a central conductor 1 for transmitting microwaves, an insulator 2, and an external conductor 3 and has the central conductor 1 and the external conductor 3 which are exposed.
