INTRA-CARDIAC EXCHANAGE CATHETER BETWEEN CERCLAGE ROPE UNIFIED WITH CORONARY SINUS ARCH AND GUIDEWIRE, APPARATUS AND INSERTING METHOD IN THE MITRAL CERCLAGE CORONARY SINUS ANNULOPLASTY PROCEDURE
The present invention relates to a catheter for intracardiac wire exchange, an apparatus and an exchange method thereof for inserting a rope for mitral valve cerclage procedure, having an arched coronary artery protector integrated therebetween (also known as a coronary artery protector-integrated rope), stably during the mitral valve cerclage procedure. More specifically, the present invention relates to a catheter, an apparatus and a method for inserting the coronary artery protector-integrated rope into the heart in vitro during the mitral valve cerclage procedure to insert the coronary artery protector to a set location which is a location to protect the coronary artery. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an exchange apparatus to exchange to the coronary artery protector-integrated cerclage rope instead of an intracardiac guidewire, comprises: an integrated cerclage rope (30) with an arched coronary artery protector (34) integrated therebetween to protect the coronary archery； and a double-sided peel away catheter tube (40) having a lumen into which the integrated cerclage rope is inserted and a cutting open groove (42) arranged in the longitudinal direction of the catheter tube to be easily cut open.본 발명은 승모판막 서클라지 시술에 있어서, 아치형 관상동맥 보호구가 일체화된 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 로프(일명 "관상동맥 보호구 일체형 로프"라 함)를 안정적으로 삽입시키는 위해 제조된 '심근내 와이어 교환용 카테터 및 장치, 교환방법'에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 승모판막 서클라지 시술에서 관상동맥 보호구 일체형 로프를 체외에서 심장 내로 삽입시켜 관상동맥 보호구가 정위치, 즉, 관상동맥을 보호하는 위치로 안정적으로 삽입시키기 위한 카테터, 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른, 심장 내에 가이드 와이어 대신에 관상동맥 보호구 일체형 서클라지 로프로 교환하기 위한 교환용 장치는, 관상동맥을 보호하는 아치형 관상동맥 보호구(34)가 일체로 고정 결합된 일체형 서클라지 로프(30)； 및 상기 일체형 서클라지 로프가 삽입되는 내강(lumen)이 형성되며, 양쪽으로 쉽게 절개하도록 길이방향으로 절개용 홈(42)이 형성된 양쪽 절개용 카테터 튜브(Peel Away Catheter Tube) (40)；를 포함한다.
