The present invention relates to a cerclage rope for a mitral valve cerclage procedure having arched coronary artery protector integrally formed therewith and, more particularly, a cerclage rope for a mitral valve cerclage procedure having an arched coronary artery protector, which is a coronary sinus protector, integrally formed therewith for protecting coronary arteries in a mitral valve cerclage procedure. The cerclage rope for a mitral valve cerclage procedure having arched coronary artery protector integrally formed therewith according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes: a cerclage rope (10) having metal wires and coated with biocompatible synthetic resin； an arched coronary artery protector (30) receiving the cerclage rope and protecting a coronary sinus； and a coating (40) integrating the arched coronary artery protector and the cerclage rope by partially covering the coronary artery protector and the cerclage rope.
