PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad holder excellent in fitness to a users body, easily attachable/detachable.
SOLUTION: The absorbent pad holder is to closely attach an egesta absorbing pad to the users body. The absorbent pad holder includes a waist part 2 with a waist opening part 20 at the upper end, and a crotch part 3 with a thigh opening part 30 at the lower end. If the waist part 2 is divided into an upper section 21, a vertical center section 22 and a lower section 23 in the vertical direction, the degree of extension in the vertical direction in the lower section 23 is set lower than in the upper section 21 at least on the abdomen side of the waist part 2.
