PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad holder excellent in fitness to a users body, easily attachable/detachable.
SOLUTION: The absorbent pad holder is to closely attach an egesta absorbing pad to the users body. The absorbent pad holder includes a waist part 2 with a waist opening part 20 at the upper end, and a crotch part 2 with a thigh opening part 30 at the lower end. If the waist part 2 is divided into an upper section 21, a vertical center section 22 and a lower section 23 in the vertical direction, an extension resisting means 5 for restraining the extension in the vertical direction is disposed at least in the lower section 23 and/or the crotch part 3.
