The suspensoid of this invention includes the uniform multiple uni- lamella liposome grains which possess the mean diameter between approximately 290 nano meters from approximately 50 nano meters. The said grain has the density between approximately 1.25g/cc from approximately 0.95g/cc, from approximately 30% exists at approximately 75% tonnage on the basis of the weight of liposome suspensoid. The liposome formulation is formed from the water liposome solution which includes the oil soluble constituent and the water soluble constituent.
