PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane which is improved in defects of conventional technic and has no degradation of performance even when a long time is elapsed by storing etc. and a hollow fiber membrane type module for blood purification with built-in hollow fiber membrane.SOLUTION: The hollow fiber membrane has crimps with 50% or lower of an amplitude change rate and/or a wavelength change rate after applying a 5g/fiber load on the hollow fiber membrane for 24 hours.
