PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier having high water permiation performance and used for treatment of chronic renal failure, which has stable treatment performance not influenced by concentration of the blood.SOLUTION: This porous hollow-fiber membrane is provided for the blood purifier capable of exerting a certain level of performance despite of conditions of the blood and the performance is attained by controlling the filling state and the degree of freedom of substrate polymers.
