PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic gel-like enteral nutrient for a gastric fistula or an intestinal fistula patient having excellent physical properties for intubation administration, and practically, to provide an acidic gel-like enteral nutrient for the gastric fistula or the intestinal fistula patient excellent in the following physical properties: (1) due to a less load applied during intubation administration (during injection through a tube), a nursing attendant can inject for a short time without an excessive burden and a burden to a patient (2) after intubation administration (after passing through a tube), the mass of the food has a good shape holding properties and a back current in the stomach and the esophagus or leakage from the fistula can be suppressed (3) water separation to be generated during storing or during intubation administration is small (4) the amount of a tube residue (after extruded from the tube, residual enteral nutrient remaining on the inner wall of tube) is small.SOLUTION: This acidic gel-like enteral nutrient includes (1) a protein, (2) an acidic polysaccharide, (3) one or more carrageenans selected from the group consisting of λ-carrageenan, ι-carrageenan, κ2-carrageenan, and carrageenans including μ-component and ν-component and (4) the pH is adjusted to 2.5-6.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】経管投与に優れた物性を有する、胃瘻または腸瘻患者用の酸性ゲル状経腸栄養剤を提供する。具体的には、以下の物性に優れる、胃瘻または腸瘻患者用の酸性ゲル状経腸栄養剤に関する;1)経管投与時(チューブ注入時)にかかる荷重が少なく、介護者が過度な負担なく短時間で注入可能であり、患者への負担も少ない、2)経管投与後(チューブ通過後)の食塊の保形性が良好であり、胃食道逆流または瘻孔からの漏れを抑制できる、3)保存時または経管投与時に発生する離水が少ない、4)チューブ残渣(チューブ押し出し後にチューブ内壁に残存する経腸栄養剤)が少ない。【解決手段】(1)タンパク質、(2)酸性多糖類および(3)λカラギナン、ιカラギナン、κ2カラギナン、ならびにμ成分およびν成分を含有するカラギナンからなる群から選択される一種以上のカラギナンを含有し、(4)pHを2.5~6に調整する。【選択図】なし
