To provide a semi-solidified enteral nutrient suitable for patients suffering from gastric fistula, and to provide a semi-solidifying agent for the patients suffering from the gastric fistula simply preparing the enteral nutrient, for further detail and a semi-solidified enteral nutrient permitting pushing thereof without an excessive load with little adhesion to the tube inner wall while having a shape-retaining property so that leakage of the enteral nutrient from a fistula and gastro-esophageal reflux can be inhibited.
SOLUTION: The semi-solidifying agent for the patients suffering from the gastric fistula includes &kappa - Carrageenan in which a part of the molecule is substituted with &iota - Carrageenan.
