The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a first pharmacologically active ingredient selected from (1r,4r)-6'-fluoro-N,N-dimethyl-4-phenyl-4',9'-dihydro-3'H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,1 '-pyrano[3,4,b]indol]-4-amine and the physiologically acceptable salts thereof, and a second pharmacologically active ingredient which is a salicylic acid component selected from the group consisting of acetylsalicylic acid, salicylic acid, salicylamide, ethenzamide, salsalate, dipyrocetyl, benorilate, diflunisal, guacetisal, and the physiologically acceptable salts thereof.L'invention porte sur une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un premier principe pharmacologiquement actif choisi parmi la (1R,4R)-6'-fluoro-N,N-diméthyl-4-phényl-4',9'-dihydro-3'H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,1'-pyrano [3,4,b]indol]-4-amine et les sels physiologiquement acceptables de celle-ci et un second principe pharmacologiquement actif qui est un composant de l'acide salicylique choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'acide acétylsalicylique, l'acide salicylique, le salicylamide, l'éthenzamide, le salsalate, le dipyrocétyle, le bénorilate, le diflunisal, le guacétisal et les sels physiologiquement acceptables de ceux-ci.
