Preparing a topical cosmetic or dermatological active ingredient containing a supernatant of culture of microorganism including bacteria, mushrooms, yeasts and microalgae, comprises: culturing the microorganism on a culture medium as it promotes the formation of the supernatant of a mixture of compounds resulting from metabolism of the microorganism, where the mixture has an microbiocide or microbiostatic activity on human skin microorganisms responsible for nuisances such as body odors, films and/or of film and/or disorders of skin, nails, hair and/or mucous membranes； and recovering the mixture to obtain the active ingredient.
