PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-operate injection device to prevent a wrong operation in administration.SOLUTION: This injection device is an injection device for injecting a medicine stored in a syringe, which is provided with a holding part (4) for holding the syringe at the front end side and a knob (25) projected from the rear end side. A dose is set by rotating the knob. The rotation of the knob is transmitted to a user as a click feeling caused by rotation of a rear side clutch plate (34). A change in the contact state between a cam plate (41) integrally operated with the rear side clutch plate and a contact point (44) of a counter is detected by the counter (53), and displayed as a dose of medicine on a display part (46).
