PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a medicine treatment instrument for applying a medicine such as ointment or adhesive skin patch to the back of a user by himself/herself, in which a long handle is necessary for the medicine to reach the center of the back, wherein the handle occupies a wide space to be an obstacle in storing because the handle part and a medicine holder for holding the medicine are integrated and an exclusive handle is required for each kind of medicine, wherein it takes time and labors to find a medicine treatment instrument suitable for the medicine because it is necessary to prepare an instrument for each kind of medicine, and wherein the cost is high to prepare a plurality of medicine treatment instruments for respective purposes.SOLUTION: The medicine treatment instrument is characterized in that replacement of a medicine holder is easy by attaching a detachable handle to a part of the medicine holder. The medicine treatment instrument has an insertion hole having a hooking projection inside a base frame of the medicine holder, a hooking notch to be hooked to the hooking projection on a side of one end part of the handle to be inserted into the insertion hole, and a sliding crevice in the longitudinal direction of a plane in the one end part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【要 約】【課 題】塗り薬や貼り薬などの薬剤を背中に1人で塗ったり貼ったりする薬剤処置具は、背中の中央部まで薬剤を届かせるために長い柄が必要になるが、柄の部分と薬剤を保持する薬剤保持体が一体のためそれぞれ専用になり、柄の部分がじゃまになって置く場所をとり、また、それぞれの薬剤処置具を用意する必要から探す手間がかかったり、用途に応じて複数の薬剤処置具を揃えると価格が高くなるなどの問題があった。【解決手段】薬剤保持体の一部に着脱自在の柄を設けて薬剤保持体の付け替えを容易にしたことを特徴とし、薬剤保持体の基枠の内部に掛止突起部を有する挿入穴を設けると共に、挿入穴に挿入する柄の一端部の側部に掛止突起部に掛止可能な掛止切欠部と、一端部の平面部長手方向にすり割りを設けた薬剤処置具である。【選択図】図1
