Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind kosmetische Mittel zur oxidativen Behandlung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare, umfassend mindestens ein Salz einer Peroxoverbindung, mindestens ein Alkalisierungsmittel und mindestens einen Komplexbildner. Ferner ist Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Mehrkomponenteneinheit zur oxidativen Aufhellung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare, umfassend als erste Komponente das erfindungsgemäße kosmetische Mittel und als zweite Komponente ein Mittel umfassend H2O2.
