PURPOSE: A producing apparatus of mineral refined salt using solar heat is provided to increase the production amount of the salt by improving the evaporation of salt water using a screen. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of mineral refined salt comprises a supporting stand supporting a structure of the apparatus, a wall body, a glass or acrylic roof for transmitting solar heat, a heat collection room(9) and an evaporation room on the lower side of the roof, a salt water spraying pipe(6), a salt water distribution pipe(14), a salt water spraying amount controlling valve, and screens(5). The interval of the screens is 5mm. The screens are fixed toward a discharging fan in parallel, and includes a solar heat collecting corrugated pipe and a blast pipe(4). The apparatus also includes an ultraviolet ray blocking cover(8) for protecting the screens from ultraviolet rays, and uses wind from a blast distribution pipe for preventing the screens from being attached to each other.구조물 내에 설치한 스크린을 이용하여 염수를 증발시키는 소금 제조 장치로써 구조물 내 소금 생산으로 주위 환경으로 인한 오염을 차단하고 계절적인 요인인 우기나 동절기의 생산성 저하를 줄이며 염수 증발면을 확대시켜 생산성을 높이는 장치이다. 이로 인하여 청결한 소금을 제조하는 장치다.
