According to the method, a computer program is installed on a computer, and the cooking process for a Chinese dish is written into the computer and is controlled by said computer program； a kitchen heating device having a control module is connected to the computer by means of a network； the computer program is executed on the computer to distribute the cooking process of a Chinese dish to said control module, so that the kitchen heating device operates according to the cooking process of the Chinese dish； after the initiation of the computer program, a container for making Chinese food is timely placed on the kitchen heating device according to the prompt of said cooking process to cook the Chinese dish； and, a specified amount of ingredients is added into said container to standardize Chinese cooking.Selon ce procédé de préparation normalisée de plats chinois, un ordinateur équipé d'un programme informatique permet la saisie de la technique de préparation des plats chinois, l'ustensile de cuisine chauffant doté d'un module de commande étant en connexion avec l'ordinateur via un réseau. Le programme informatique tournant sur l'ordinateur assigne à l'ustensile de cuisine chauffant la technique de préparation de plats chinois qui va dès lors fonctionner selon ladite technique de préparation. Après le lancement du programme informatique, le conteneur de production de plats chinois sera placé sur l'ustensile de cuisine suivant l'invite correspondant à la technique de préparation de plats chinois et on y ajoutera des ingrédients en quantité définie pour cuisiner de manière normalisée les plats chinois.
