PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube capable of sucking and removing phlegm or the like in the trachea without placing any burden on a patient.SOLUTION: The tracheal tube includes: a distal end 16 disposed at a lung side in the trachea a proximal end at an opposite side of the distal end and a lumen body 12 provided with an airway securing lumen 20 penetrating from the proximal end to the distal end. The lumen body includes suction lumens 40, 42, 46, and 48 formed in a wall along the airway securing lumen and opened to a wall surface of an end part in the distal end side of the airway securing lumen.
