The present invention relates to a secondary absorbing pad and, more specifically, to a secondary absorbing pad capable of being detached from an absorbing pad which absorbs secretions, and preventing leakages of the secretions by being positioned in a hip valley when being attached to the absorbing pad. The secondary absorbing pad, which is attached to or detached from a main absorbing pad for absorbing the secretions and prevents the leakages of the secretions by being positioned in the hip valley, comprises: an absorbing unit which absorbs the secretions and a plurality of adhesive units which are formed on one side of the absorbing unit, and are attached to or detached from a main absorbing pad. The plurality of adhesive units are arranged at separation intervals.
