[Problem]To provide a supplement in a new form by which the targeted component is made available for intake other than the oral intake.[Solution]A patch-type supplement composed of a support, a component-containing layer, and a release liner, and the component-containing layer containing a supplement component and an adhesive. The adhesive is preferably an acrylate-based adhesive. A water vapor permeability of the support is preferably not larger than 1000 g/m2×24 hours. The supplement component is preferably made of an aqueous component and an organic component.
