The present invention relates to an operation tool for removing weeds unnecessarily generated from rice fields, fields, gardens, parks, farms, golf courses, and the like, from the ground or collecting crops. The operation tool has a protrusion in a half-arrowhead shape, is formed of a plate-shaped material such as metal or plastic having the thickness of 2 mm or less, and removes weed roots by partially cutting and pulling the roots while being inserted into the ground using a tip portion of the protrusion.
