SOLUTION: In the vending machine A of treated water, water vessels B, B are placed in a water inlet chamber 1. Then, the water vessels B, B are inverted, and sterilized water is sprayed and injected from a lower portion for cleaning and sterilizing the inside of the water vessels B, B. After that, the water vessels B, B are rotated in a forward direction, treated water is injected from an upper portion, and the water vessels B, B are taken out of an apparatus case C. In the vending machine A of treated water, the water vessel B to which treated water is injected from an upper portion is lowered once in the water inlet chamber 1 and then pushed forward for discharging to the outside of the water inlet chamber 1.
