PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic peptide derivative exhibiting extract transport action.SOLUTION: The objective cyclic peptide derivative is a cyclic form consisting of phenylated glutamic acid, phenylalanine and serine. This derivative exerts an extract transporting action superior to liposomes and increases keratin of skin cells. Also, hydrogen gas is generated. The production method comprises a step of adding branched cyclodextrin to a fermentation broth produced by fermenting Acanthopanax senticosus with Monascus purpureus and soybean bacteria and carrying out protease treatment.
