PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrombus suction catheter capable of shearing thrombus and efficiently sucking the thrombus, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: When inside of an inner tube 11 is made negative pressure, then an outer tube 12 is rotated relative to the inner tube 11 around an axis and moved to an open position where an inside opening part 11A and outside opening part 12A are overlapped each other, thrombus T enters inside of the inner tube 11 through the inside opening part 11A and outside opening part 12A, and when the outer tube 12 is further rotated to a close position where not whole outside opening part 12A is overlapped to the inside opening part 11A, the thrombus T is shared by edge parts of the inside opening part 11A and outside opening part 12A and is taken in the inner tube 11, at this time, communication between inside of the inner tube 11 and outside of the outer tube 12 is blocked, therefore the thrombus T is sucked to a base end of the inner tube 11 through inside of the inner tube 11 in which negative pressure is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構造でありながら血栓を剪断して効率よく吸引することができる血栓吸引カテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】内管11の内部を負圧にし、外管12を内管11に対し相対的に軸周りに回転させて内側開口部11Aと外側開口部12Aが互いに重なる開放位置に位置させると、血栓Tが内側開口部11Aおよび外側開口部12Aを通して内管11の内部に入り込み、外側開口部12Aのすべてが内側開口部11Aに重ならない閉鎖位置にまで外管12をさらに回転させると、血栓Tが内側開口部11Aの縁部と外側開口部12Aの縁部とにより剪断されて内管11の内部に取り込まれ、このとき内管11の内部と外管12の外部との連通が遮断されることで負圧が高まった内管11の内部を通って血栓Tが内管11の基端へと吸引される。【選択図】図4
