PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen gas sucking tool allowing a user to hold and freely carry, and capable of supplying hydrogen gas by adjusting a concentration.SOLUTION: A hydrogen gas sucking tool for generating hydrogen gas and sucking includes: a first hydrogen gas sucking tool body in which at least the inside is hollow a second hydrogen gas sucking tool body which has in the inside a suction side hollow layer and an intake side hollow layer connected by a low pressure non-return valve and a variable type pressure control valve which can adjust a hydrogen gas concentration and pass between the first and second hydrogen gas sucking tool bodies.
