PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new low-irritation solvent or dissolution auxiliary since there is a plenty of compounds hardly soluble in organic solvents, when the compounds are formulated as external preparations, they have difficulty in formulation and poor percutaneous absorption in many cases, hitherto a plenty of solvents and dissolution auxiliaries for solubilization have been examined by various formulation methods so as to improve the situation, however, a problem in an increase of irritation to the skin occurs even after the success of solubilization.SOLUTION: The solubilization of compounds hardly soluble in organic solvents is achieved by using a Bronsted-type ionic liquid as a solvent or a dissolution auxiliary. The ionic liquid has low irritation to the skin and is effectively used as a solvent or a dissolution auxiliary for an external preparation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】有機溶媒には難溶な化合物も多く、これを外用剤として製剤化する場合には、製剤化が困難であり、経皮吸収性もよくないことが多かった。これまで、種々の製剤手法によりこれを改良するための多くの可溶化のための溶剤、溶解助剤の検討がなされてきた。しかし、可溶化に成功しても皮膚に対する刺激性が増すなどの問題が生じており、新たな低刺激性の溶剤が要請されていた。【解決手段】ブレンステッド型のイオン液体を利用して、これを溶剤あるいは溶解助剤として使用し、有機溶媒に難溶な化合物の可溶化を図ることができた。更にこのイオン液体は皮膚に対して低刺激性であり、外用剤用の溶剤あるいは溶解助剤として有効に使用できることを見出した。【選択図】なし
