The present embodiment is a super spreading silicon base non ionic surfactant and process for making the same. A process for preparation of non ionic super spreader for penetration of the spray solution comprising of acidification of 85% polyether trisiloxane with 15% inert material at specific temp 70-80°c.The composition for penetration of the spray solution formed by this process consisting essentially of polyether trisiloxane and inert material. The present composition decreases the surface tension present on both the leaf surface and the insect cuticle. The super spreader action maximizes spray coverage on the leaf surface in spite of the hydrophobic nature of the leaf and insect exoskeletop. The super spreader is used in very small quantity per litre of water only 0.1ml per litre.
