A notch 42 is formed in the attachment part 30. The notch 42 is opened at the edge of the attachment part 30. A fixing member 12 includes a bolt 14 as an engaging part. The trunk part of the bolt 14 protrudes inward in a radial direction from a wheel rim 20. The bolt 14 is inserted into the notch 42.
