PURPOSE: An otoscope using a smart phone and a specular structure used in the same are provided to enable a doctor to use the otoscope conveniently and easily, by photographing a diseased part of a body of a patient using a camera and an LED light source of the smart phone and then extending performance of the otoscope to have various functions through wired/wireless linking with external systems. CONSTITUTION: An otoscope(100) using a smart phone includes a front cover(110), a rear cover(130), a side cover(150) and a specular(170). The front cover is inserted into the inside of an insertion groove prepared in the front in order for a screen of the smart phone to be exposed to the front, and a first opening aperture is formed in the rear side of the insertion groove. The first opening aperture exposes a camera and a light source toward the rear. The rear cover is combined to the front cover in the rear of the front cover, and forms a second opening aperture corresponding to the first opening aperture in the front cover, and is embedded with an interface connection hole connecting the smart phone and a VGA adaptor of an external monitor. The side cover is fixed to a cut part prepared in one side of the front cover and the rear cover, and opens and closes the insertion groove of the front cover, and fixes the smart phone by closing the insertion groove if the smart phone is inserted into the insertion groove. The specular is fixed to the second opening aperture of the rear cover, and the end of the specular is inserted into the body of a patient.
