PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low calorie black tea beverage with milk which has excellent flavor, without harming the richness and body feeling of the milk even if it has a low calorie, and also a neutral fat absorption-preventing agent which has a high safety and is made from the milk-added low calorie black tea beverage.SOLUTION: The low calorie black tea beverage with milk which has an energy amount of not higher than 25 kcal per 100 mL beverage and is imparted with the richness and body feeling of the milk, is provided by adjusting the total amount of polyphenols to 40 to 250 mg/100 mL, and also adjusting the containing weight ratio: (A)/(B) of the total amount of polyphenols (A) to the amount of caffeine (B) to not lower than 4.5.
