PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and convenient antimicrobial agent for plants exhibiting strong controlling effect on powdery mildew, which causes problems in crop cultivation, by extracting active ingredients contained in a cultivation residue in agricultural product production without using any organic solvent.SOLUTION: The antimicrobial agent for plants is obtained by extracting a basic compound such as dihydro tomatine including α-tomatine, and esculeoside contained in the residue of tomatoes from the residue of tomatoes using an organic acid aqueous solution.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】農産物生産における栽培物残渣に含まれる有効成分を有機溶剤を使用する事なく抽出し、作物栽培で問題となっているうどんこ病に対し強い防除効果を有する安全で簡便な植物用抗菌剤を提供する。【解決手段】トマトの残渣に含まれるα-トマチンをはじめとするジハイドロトマチン、エスクレオサイド類といった塩基性化合物を、有機酸水溶液を用いてトマト残渣から抽出することにより得られる植物抗菌剤。【選択図】なし
