PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which has high posture stability and high maintainability, and can prevent occurrence of rolling not intended by an operator during maintenance work by keeping a posture substantially horizontal to the ground when making a seedling planting part in contact with the ground.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is provided with a planting frame 5, at a rear end of a vertically movable link mechanism 3 arranged at a rear side of a travelling body, the planting frame 5 being rolling-rotatable around a rolling axis 4 a laterally movable seedling tank 6 arranged above the planting frame 5 and used for loading the seedlings and a seedling planting unit 10 including a planting device which takes seedlings from the seedling tank 6 and plants them to the field.
