The package includes a retainer lid secured to the tray for covering the top surface of the tray at the distal end of the tray, and a retainer sleeve that is wrapped around the top and bottom surfaces of the tray and secured to the tray by the retainer lid. The proximal end of the retainer sleeve includes a top panel that covers the top surface of the tray at the proximal end of the tray.
