An intramedullary assembly for intraosseous bone fusion includes a hybrid screw member and a lag screw member. The hybrid screw member is aligned along a longitudinal axis, and includes a first shaft, a threaded portion, and a head portion having a first internal surface of a first spherical radius and a second tapered internal surface of a second radius. The first internal surface is coupled to the second internal surface to enclose a bore extending through the head portion along a bore axis. The lag screw member includes a second shaft, a bulbous portion, and a threaded portion. The lag screw member is adapted to be inserted into bore and forms an acute angle with the longitudinal axis.La présente invention concerne un ensemble intramédullaire destiné à la réalisation dune fusion osseuse de type intra-osseuse. Cet ensemble comprend une vis hybride et une vis tire-fond. La vis hybride, qui est alignée selon un axe longitudinal, est constituée dune première tige, dune partie filetée, et dune tête. Cette tête présente une première surface interne définissant un premier rayon sphérique et une seconde surface interne conique définissant un second rayon. La première surface interne est couplée à la seconde surface interne de façon à renfermer un alésage traversant la tête selon un axe dalésage. La vis tire-fond comporte une seconde tige, une partie bulbeuse, et une partie filetée. La vis tire-fond, qui est conçue pour sinsérer dans lalésage, forme un angle aigu par rapport à laxe longitudinal.
