PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic having excellent molding property and shock resistance, giving a smooth touch during application, having excellent adhesiveness to skin, suppressing a powdery appearance and making a rough skin condition such as pores less visible.SOLUTION: A solid powder cosmetic comprises the following components (A) to (E): (A) 2 to 30 mass% of synthetic phlogopite and/or iron-containing synthetic phlogopite (B) 1 to 12 mass% of an organic planar powder material (C) 1 to 20 mass% of boron nitride (D) 5 to 20 mass% of a spherical powder material having an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 10 μm and (E) 2 to 15 mass% of oil that is liquid at 25°C.
