[Problem] To provide a pad which may be worn closely fitted with an inner surface of a disposable diaper by a total region of an absorbent body in a fore-aft direction and a width direction deformed inwardly thereof, thereby improving fit performance with respect to a wearer. [Solution] The problem is solved by: forming an absorbent body (12) with a fore part (12C), an aft part (12E), and a narrowed part (12D) in which a dimension in the width direction of the fore part and the aft part is reduced； forming a first depression (21) in a central part of the absorbent body in the width direction which extends in the fore-aft direction； forming a third depression (23) in a central part of the narrowed part in the fore-aft direction which extends in the width direction； forming a second depression (22) in a fore-side part in the fore-aft direction in the narrowed part which extends in the width direction； and forming a fourth depression (24) in an aft-side part in the fore-aft direction in the narrowed part which extends in the width direction.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de préparer un tampon qui peut être porté étroitement ajusté à une surface interne d'une couche jetable selon une région totale d'un corps absorbant dans un sens avant-arrière et un sens de la largeur déformé vers l'intérieur de ce dernier, améliorant ainsi l'efficacité d'ajustement vis-à-vis d'un porteur.
